PM’s call gets overwhelming support from B-Town celebs; Hema Malini, Arjun Kapoor urge everyone to ‘stand united’

Endorsing Prime Minister Narendra Modi's appeal to the countrymen to light lamps on April 5 to display the nation's 'collective resolve' to combat coronavirus outbreak, a host of Bollywood celebrities urged people to wholeheartedly carry out the task as one unit.

Veteran actress and MP from Mathura, Hema Malini, sent out a tweet, urging her followers to stand with the PM in ‘this long & arduous war against the deadly Coronavirus’.

Bollywood star Arjun Kapoor, too, lent support to PM’s call and urged everyone to ‘stand together’.


‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ actress Bhumi Pednekar was all-praise for the PM.

Miss World 2017 Manushi Chillar also tweeted in support of the PM, with the hashtag 9Baje9Minute.
