PM Modi's London trip had special veg menu & chauffeur-driven Jaguar XJ
It’s obvious that Prime Minister Narendra Modi enjoys his international travels. But while he may delight in meeting new people and seeing new places, when it comes to his food, home is definitely where his heart is.

During his stay at Taj 51 Buckingham Gate Suites and Residences, his meals were all made with one theme in mind — it should be ghar ka khaana. The all-vegetarian menu was curated by executive chef Sheroy Kermani and consisted of classic vegetarian dishes. It included seasonal produce such as okra and eggplant. The menu made sure to include Gujarati favorites such as khichdi, kadi and bhindi masala.

And for the duration of his stay, Modi was checked into the hotel’s Jaguar Suitewhich is apparently only one of a kind. Spread over 1,832 square foot, this two-bedroom apartment included a clean-fuel fireplace window, custom-made Jaguar wallpaper (though one wall covered is in Italian leather) and of course, a chauffeur driven Jaguar XJ and full butler service at his beck and call.
