Playing match-up! Adam Gilchrist wants Hrithik Roshan to play lead if there was his biopic

Fans of Indian cricketer MS Dhoni are always curious to know about his struggles before becoming an icon. Turns out, former Australian cricketer Adam Gilchrist, too has a wish list of actors he would like to play him, if his life were ever to be made into a film. In India last month to promote Australian tourism, Gilchrist said that George Clooney would be his top choice from Hollywood and Hrithik Roshan from Bollywood.

“I’m not even for a moment suggesting that I’m as good looking as Clooney, but I think he brings to the table a level of sophistication and suave that I quite like. From Bollywood, it would be nice to have someone as good looking as Hrithik Roshan to play me,” he said with a laugh. Now for a film featuring moviedom’s heavy-hitters.
