And that's why Father's Days is so important, it gives you the opportunity to pamper the main man in your life, and pay a tribute to fatherhood.
The first Father’s Day was celebrated in 1910, making this the 108th Father’s Day.
So make the most of the day, and give your dad the best gift - time.
This one day, don't let work, schedules come in the way of some family time.

1. Plan a trip or small picnic There's nothing like a nice getaway with the family. Surprise your dad by planning road trip, or a quick getaway to his favoruite destination or a new one. And if you're short on time or budget, worry not, there's no dad that won't love a barbeque or picnic.
2. Surprise him with a spa date Your old man's muscles could use some pampering. And if your dad doesn't manage to take out time for himself, this would be the ideal gift. Take him to a luxe spa to for a relaxing day.
3. Grab a few drinks together Drinking with your friends is regular, this Father's Day chug some beers with dad or bond over some single malt. And if dancing is what makes him happy, head to a club to dance the night away.

4.Take a walk down history This one is perfect for all history buff dads. Remember all the story and history lessons he gave you as a child? It'll be perfect to actually walk through those corridors and let him tell you the stories again.

5. Put on the Chef's hat Cook for your dad or with him, the delicious meal at the end will definitely be worth it.
