MUMBAI: Aamir Khan-starrer ' PK' has crossed the Rs 300 crore mark, becoming the highest grossing Bollywood film in India, according to its producers.

The alien drama, which takes potshots at godmen, collected Rs 11.58 crore on its third Sunday since releasing on December 19, bringing its total earnings to Rs 305.27 crore.

'PK' has already broken the previous record set by the domestic earning of 'Dhoom 3' (Rs 271.82 crore) but it is yet to catch up with the action thriller in international box office.

The Rajkumar Hirani-directed film has faced the ire of right-wing organisations who said the movie disrespects Hindu religion, but the controversies have not affected its box-office climb.

Besides Aamir, 'PK' also stars Anushka Sharma and Sushant Singh Rajput.
