Mint & Cucumber Cooler by Foodhall

Ingredients: 1 cucumber, 2 tbsp sugar, 8-10 mint leaves, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp black salt, chilled water, lemon slices and ice cubes.
Method: Peel, chop and blend cucumber, sugar, mint leaves and 1 cup of water. Strain and discard the pulp. Add lemon juice, black salt and dilute with water if needed. Pour the beverages in glasses or a pitcher, put some ice cubes and garnish with lemon rings and mint leaves.

Ingredients: 2 tsp raspberry compote, 15 ml peach syrup, 20 ml lime juice, ice cubes, frozen raspberries, mint sprig, lime wheels, Sprite and soda.
Method: Fill a long Collin glass full with ice cubes. Pour raspberry compote, peach syrup, lime juice and mix. Add 2-3 lime wheels and 2-3 frozen whole raspberries. Gently stir and top it up with Sprite & soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, 100 g greek yogurt, 60 g berries (raspberries & blueberries are the best options), 1 tsp roasted organic chia seeds. Method: Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Pour in a tall glass and enjoy.

Ingredients: 2 tsp brown sugar, half lime cut into wedges, 150 ml watermelon juice, crushed ice, mint leaves.
Method: Muddle the brown sugar and lime together. Add crushed ice and water melon juice. Stir or shake well and serve with mint leaves and lime wedges.

Ingredients: 30 ml aam panna syrup, 10 ml lime juice, 10 ml sugar syrup, 1.5 tsp chaat masala, 1 can Sprite, 8 ice cubes.
Method: In a shaker add the aam panna, lime juice, sugar syrup, chaat masala and ice cubes. Shake vigorously till all the ingredients are mixed. Pour the liquid along with the ice into the glass. Top up with Sprite and adjust the lime juice and chaat masala as per your taste.

Ingredients: 100 ml fresh cucumber juice, 30 ml cranberry juice, 2 stems of rosemary and soda
Method: Take a shaker, fill it with ice and put all the ingredients except soda and shake it well. Double strain and pour it in a white wine glass. Garnish with cucumber slice and rosemary stem and serve in style.
