Pillow talk done right! Sanjay and Falguni Nayar’s perfect recipe for a cosy evening

A bit of a culture dose is the magic pill you need to get rid of Sunday evening blues. KKR India’s boss Sanjay Nayar, and wife, Falguni (founder, Nykaa) would surely agree. The couple was spotted last week at the recently restored Royal Opera House in South Mumbai to catch a play on the life of one of India’s most celebrated singers in the early 20th century.

The husband - wife duo had interesting company for the evening: two pillows.

Sanjay was seen walking into the auditorium with a small, square-shaped white pillow with delicate embroidery, tucked under his arm. Falguni, who recently fractured her hand in Japan, was using a larger pillow, folded up to rest her hand on. It would take another three weeks for the hand to heal, she’d said.
