Pegasystems employees reveal their favourite spots in office

The office of Pegasystems in Hyderabad embodies the motto, 'Work hard and play hard'. Spread over 170,000 square feet, it enables Pega-ites to "have fun and create software." A few employees tell ETPanache what their favourite spots in the office are:

"The chess board and the Buddha are from Pega India's old office (in DLF Hyderabad). I ensured they were moved to our new office to remind everyone of our journey. Both items are close to my heart."

"I love spending time in the 'Collab Corner'. Anyone who might be walking across is welcome to stop by, listen to conversations and intervene. This leads to sharing of ideas. In comparison to a typical closed-door meeting, this gives team members a comfortable place to address problems."

"My favourite spot is the 'Creative Workspace'. It helps people move into nearby hanging chairs/stools to refresh themselves and eliminate some of their thinking blocks. The hanging chair takes you into a moving/swaying mode."
