"This is the biggest evil that has come out of social media. Because you can be anonymous, you can be vocal and disrespectful of what somebody is saying. You have already made up your mind, so you are not even listening to what the other person is saying.

I was naive enough to reply earlier but now I simply ignore them. That said, when it comes to trolls I had to block two people, who are running a company in this country, on Twitter. They used to send emails to people and when I saw those emails, I felt like 'Yuck!'

The best way, I have realised, to control trolls is to control how you react. You cannot control what they say. So I react by blocking, muting, ignoring and on the rare occasion, replying to them. I am also conscious of what I tweet or comment now. At one point in time, it used to be a free world. Now it's a closed world."
