Paytm founder feels hybrid is the future of work, says team members will drive the decision

The future of work is an unsolved mystery toeveryone.

As Aastha Grover, Head of Startup India Initiative, backed by Government of India, gets ready to discuss the future of work with Sheroes founder Sairee Chahal for Invest India, the analyst said that problem solving startups are the answer.

Quoting Grover's tweet, Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma shared that the 'future of work', especially for technology and knowledge-based companies, will be hybrid - where equal attention will be given to working from office and remote work.


According to the entrepreneur-turned-investor, this decision will be mostly driven by team members. This choice will, in turn, help startups tap talent across India, he said.

He wrote, "only 'working from office' is no more an option."


Meanwhile, three days after revealing his longest-ever Zoom call, the entrepreneur was hoping to find some temporary solution to his stress.


A Twitter account with 3.2 million followers that frequently shares interesting facts about life posted benefits of shopping therapy. The post said that shopping can release endorphins that temporarily reduce stress, boost self-esteem and moderate pain.

Quoting the tweet, Sharma hoped tweeting did the same. "There will be such a low cost solution to temporarily reduce stress," he wrote.
