The 38-year-old 'Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol' actress is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old son, Julian.
The divorce is "harmonious" and "there are no real issues that will cause a conflict." Paula listed the date of her separation from Robin as February 21, reported Ace Showbiz.
Paula and Robin announced their separation in a joint statement eight months ago, saying, "We will always love each other and be best friends; however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time."
Following their split, Robin made some efforts to win his wife back. Back in June, the 37-year-old singer-songwriter made an apology to his wife on stage at the BET Awards.
"I'd like to dedicate this song to my wife, and say, 'I miss you, and I'm sorry.' This is called 'Forever Love'," he said before performing "Forever Love", a song from his "Paula" album.
Paula first met with Robin in 1991 at the age of 16. She began dating the 'Blurred Lines' singer in 1993 and tied the knot with him on June 11, 2005. She gave birth to their son in 2010.
