The 30-year-old bride, dressed in powder blue lehenga-dupatta and coral blouse, shared adorable pictures of her big day on Instagram. The groom opted for a brown Achkan for the wedding festivities.
The couple stood under the wedding marquee decorated with white, pink and cream drapes as well as flowers, and shared a kiss. The wedding ceremony was held in Mahabaleshwar, Maharashtra.
On Wednesday, the 'Kabir Singh' star took to Instagram to pen a heartfelt post for his newly-wed sister. He was emotional to see his 'baby sister' grow into a beautiful bride.
"How time flies, and little bitto is now a bride. All grown up all too soon my baby sister… an emotional beginning to a wonderful new chapter," he wrote.
For the wedding ceremony, the 41-year-old wore an asymmetric black kurta, created by fashion designer Raghavendra Rathore, with a matching jacket and an orange pocket square.
Kapoor's wife, Mira, also shared magical pictures from the ceremony. Later, she also treated fans with the best moments from the function in her Insta Stories. Mrs Kapoor looked dazzling in an embellished white saree by designer Ritika Mirchandani. Mira & Shahid's IG Stories Kapoor's children Misha and Zain were also a part of the wedding festivities. While Misha wore a colourful kurta-pyjama with pink heart-shaped parandi, Zain was busy playing with his red toy car. Mira's IG Stories Kapur Jr featured with Kapoor in the 2015 film 'Shaandaar'.
