What happens when a sharp, successful prosecutor wakes up with no memory of her life and the only person claiming to know her is a complete stranger? That is the unusual setup at the heart of Our Sticky Love, a new romantic comedy K-drama that brings together an unlikely pair. The series is currently gearing up for its digital debut it in India.

Our Sticky Love OTT release details

Our Sticky Love will premiere globally on Netflix on August 7, 2026. The Korean drama will be available to viewers in India on the same streaming platform, making it an upcoming title to watch for fans of romantic comedies and K-dramas.

The series stars Jung Hae-in as Jang Tae-ha and Ha-young as Go Eun-sae. Their pairing is one of the biggest attractions of the drama, especially as the story brings together two characters who appear to have very little in common.

The show was earlier titled This Sucky Love before being renamed Our Sticky Love. Directed by Kim Jang-han, known for My Demon, and written by Mo Ji-hye, who worked on You Raise Me Up, the series aims to combine a light-hearted romance with mystery and suspense.

All you need to know about Our Sticky Love

Go Eun-sae is introduced as an elite prosecutor from Seoul. She is intelligent, confident and used to being in control of her life. However, everything changes when she loses her memory.

Eun-sae wakes up in a rural hospital with no recollection of who she is or what happened to her. Her situation becomes even more confusing when Jang Tae-ha arrives and claims that he is her boyfriend. The problem is that Eun-sae has no memory of him. She also struggles to believe that the rugged man standing in front of her could really be the person she was in a relationship with.

Tae-ha is a boxing coach who lives in the countryside, a stark contrast to Eun-sae's sophisticated city life. With no memories to guide her and no immediate way to uncover the truth, Eun-sae ends up staying with Tae-ha. What begins as an awkward arrangement slowly turns into an unexpected new chapter in her life.

The drama appears to use the situation for plenty of comedy. Eun-sae's polished city personality clashes with Tae-ha's more laid-back rural lifestyle, leading to arguments, misunderstandings and several awkward moments. Their constant friction, however, may slowly give way to something more romantic.

Our Sticky Love teaser

While the drama is primarily being presented as a romantic comedy, the story is not limited to funny misunderstandings and romance.

The teaser hints that Eun-sae's forgotten past may be connected to something far more serious. The presence of crime boss Baek Sang-gil, played by Heo Sung-tae, adds an layer to the story.

The teaser reportedly moves between Eun-sae's impressive life as a prosecutor and the chaotic circumstances in which she wakes up in the countryside. The contrast between the two worlds creates much of the show's humour, while the hints of crime and danger add suspense to the storyline. Stay tuned for more details!
