OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro's specifications leaked a fortnight ahead of launch

As OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro's launch date (May 14) is approaching, the Chinese smartphone maker seems to have a tough time trying to keep secrets. After the notch-less display and pop-up selfie camera features were disclosed, more details about the phone seem to have surfaced. A tech website recently showcased a device with codename GM1917. The phone, which is believed to be OnePlus 7 Pro, reportedly comes with a Snapdragon 855 processor with 12GB of RAM and runs on OxygenOS-layered Android Pie.

OnePlus 7 Leaks
The OnePlus 7 leaks suggest that the device will feature a 6.2-inch AMOLED display coupled with a full HD+ resolution. This one, however, will sport a notch. The smartphone is also expected to be powered by 6GB RAM. On the camera front, the device is likely to support two cameras including a 48-megapixel sensor and a telephoto sensor. The camera setup will be completed with a 24-megapixel selfie shooter. It's also expected to feature an under-display fingerprint scanner. It will be powered by a 4,150mAh battery with 30w Warp Charge and will use a Type-C charger.




OnePlus 7 Pro Leaks
The Pro version of the OnePlus 7 is expected to come with a set of superior features. It is expected to sport a 3x zoom lens, a 48-megapixel sensor and a 117-degree ultra-wide lens. Like the OnePlus 7, this one is also likely to feature a large battery with 30w Warp Charge and an under-display fingerprint scanner. However, the smartphone maker said that this year's devices will not support wireless charging technology.

Earlier, reports claimed that the OnePlus 7 will feature a flat 6.4-inch display. OnePlus 7 Pro, on the other hand, was claimed to sport a 6.64-inch curved display.

The OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro will be launched on May 14 at simultaneous events in New York, London, Beijing and Bengaluru. The devices are expected to be priced at Rs 37,000 to Rs 40,000.
