OnePlus 10 Pro launching in India: What to expect, where to watch livestream

Premium smartphone brand OnePlus is all set to launch its much-awaited flagship device the OnePlus 10 Pro. The successor to OnePlus 9 Pro was launched in China on January 14. Now, the flagship device is all set to enter the Indian market.

The virtual launch event will kick start at 7:25 Pm and will be live-streamed on the brand’s official YouTube channel. The latest phone from the OnePlus stable comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, a triple-rear camera module, a 5,000mAh battery that offers 80W fast charging support.

The launch event will reveal the price of the premium devices for the Indian market. Even before the launch of the smartphone, several reports have suggested that the base model of the 10 Pro will be priced at Rs 66,999 while the high-end model is likely to be priced at Rs 71,999.


The devices will be reportedly available for purchase in India from April 5. It is also believed that the globally launched models will have similar specifications as the models launched in China.
Expected specifications:

• 6.7-inch curved LTPO 2.0 AMOLED display with a QHD+ (1,440x3,216 pixels) resolution with dynamic refresh between 1Hz and 120Hz
• Device to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC
• Triple rear camera setup headlined by a 48MP Sony IMX789 primary sensor and a 32MP Sony IMX615 camera sensor at the front
• 5,000mAh battery with 80W Super Flash Charge (wired) and 50W Flash Charge (wireless)

The smartphone brand is also expected to unveil its OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 a successor to the original Bullets Wireless Z. The brand claims that the latest affordable neckband earphones offer up to 20hrs of music with just 10 minutes of charging.
