On the grapevine: Pampered pooches, a luxury car, and the case of hidden valuables

It’s a dog eat dog world. These formerly pampered pooches will have to ruff it out for a while it seems. The diamond-decked doggies recently lost their luxury car, reserved for their personal outings. But while the car is out of action for now, it was on double duty a few weeks ago, being used to stash the gems raining down from the sky — quite literally.

Word on the street is that during a cosmetic raid conducted at one of the owner’s flats, pillowcases filled with valuables were flung down into the arms of the waiting drivers, who were stuffing the cases into the waiting cars, furry friends’ luxury drive included.
