On the grape vine: Going light on heavy metal

In these fevered times, it makes good business sense to stir up that mistyeyed patriotic feeling in the hearts of customers when they are writing out cheques. And so a potent symbol of Indian-ness has been poured into this particular commodity. Only a lone voice has been heard saying that the quantity of the shuddh desi component in the product is so small, it might as well not exist. But then, the corporate way to rid the spoke in the wheel is to swat the problem and ride out the storm.
