Manu Bhaker rocks 'KBC 16' with 'Mohabbatein' dialogue and stunning designer saree

After wowing the world with her shooting skills, Olympic medalist Manu Bhaker has now endeared the Internet with her on-point mimicry skills! Bhaker and wrestling champion Aman Sehrawat will be making a special appearance in the upcoming episode of the game show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 16’.
The episode, which will air on Teacher’s Day (September 5), will be a tribute to the remarkable accomplishments and motivating stories of India’s Olympians, highlighting their paths to success and the relentless commitment required to reach the highest levels in sports.

In a promo shared by Sony TV’s official Instagram page, Manu Bhaker delivers an impressively spot-on rendition of a famous dialogue ‘Parampara, Pratistha’ Anushashan’ uttered by Bachchan Sr. from the 2000 film 'Mohabbatein,' leaving the legendary actor genuinely impressed. The video has since then gone viral, gaining more than 33K likes on the image and video-sharing website.


For the unversed, the 2000 blockbuster had Shah Rukh Khan in the lead. Directed by Aditya Chopra, the movie featured the Big B as Narayan Shankar, the no-nonsense, stern headmaster of an all-boys school. The movie was a box-office success, earning more than Rs 90 crore at the end of it’s box-office run.

In the video, Bhaker is seen explaining that the three words (which translate to tradition, prestige, and discipline) had been a driving force for her.

An ace shooter, Bhaker recently became the first female Indian shooter to bag an Olympic medal. She clinched two bronze medals at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. She won a bronze in the women's 10-metre air pistol event, making history as the first female Indian shooter to earn an Olympic medal.

Later, she secured another bronze in the mixed 10-metre air pistol team event. Earlier, Bhaker had won gold in the women's 25-meter pistol team event at the 2022 Asian Games. She also achieved individual gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in the women's 10-metre air pistol event, where she set a new Commonwealth Games record.
