Off Campus Season 2: Allie and Dean take the lead; how soon will their romance return on your screens?

Allie and Dean are taking over the central romance in Off Campus season 2. After watching Hannah Wells and Garrett Graham fall for each other, viewers will return to Briar University for a different relationship.

Mika Abdalla’s Allie and Stephen Kalyn’s Dean began with a casual arrangement. Feelings complicated things, giving the next season somewhere to begin.

Filming reportedly wrapped in late September. Prime Video has not announced a premiere date, but the production timeline suggests fans could see new episodes in spring 2027. That remains a projection, rather than an official promise.

What Will Off Campus Season 2 Be About?

Prime Video has confirmed that Allie and Dean will become the main couple. Their story continues the connection established in Season 1. Creator Louisa Levy has said their romance will lead the season while the wider ensemble continues developing.

The adaptation draws on Elle Kennedy’s novels, which explore interconnected love stories. Moving between couples allows the television series to keep its campus setting while changing the emotional focus.

Allie and Dean’s challenge is whether their relationship can survive becoming something more serious. The new season will give that question more attention.

When Could Off Campus Season 2 Arrive?

There is no confirmed release date. Filming for Dean and Allie's season began on June 1, 2026, and ended in late September according the the updates mentioned by Prime Video. Season 1 followed a comparable schedule, beginning in June and finishing in autumn before its May premiere.

The publication therefore suggests May 2027, possibly earlier, as a potential release period.

A completed shoot still leaves post-production work. Prime Video also has to decide where the season fits into its release calendar.

For now, spring 2027 is an estimate. Fans should wait for the streamer’s announcement before treating any date as settled.

Will Hannah and Garrett Return?

Yes. Ella Bright returns as Hannah, with Belmont Cameli continuing as Garrett.

Levy has reassured viewers that both characters remain important to the ensemble. Their relationship will continue even though they are no longer the central couple.

Antonio Cipriano also returns as John Logan. Jalen Thomas Brooks continues as John Tucker.

The shift expands another relationship while preserving the friendships viewers already know.

Who Is Joining the Cast?

India Fowler plays Grace Ivers, who briefly appeared at the Hawks’ fundraiser in Season 1.

Phillipa Soo joins as Scarlett, a theatre artist guest-directing a play for Briar University’s drama department. Shay Rudolph plays Summer Di Laurentis, Dean’s sister.

Josh Heuston’s Justin will not appear in Season 2. Levy has left the door open for a future return, so his absence does not necessarily mean a permanent farewell.
