NYPD says it has 'credible' case to arrest Harvey Weinstein, after new rape allegations by 'Boardwalk Empire' actor
Paz de la Huerta recently came forward to accuse Weinstein of raping her twice in 2010.

Detectives have interviewed de la Huerta and found her claims to be credible, a spokesperson for the New York Police Department told People magazine.
Police also confirmed that they have been able to corroborate aspects of de la Huerta's story, and said that if the allegations were recent and the movie mogul were in New York, they would make the arrest.

However, since the allegations are years old, investigators still need to gather more evidence before seeking a warrant for Weinstein's arrest.
