Now happening at InMobi: Team meetings on the floor

If there’s an out-of-box idea, there’s probably InMobi somewhere nearby, trying to stake claim to it. From doing planks in the middle of the office to serving lunch to the housekeeping staff, InMobi likes to break office stereotypes. Now, the Bengaluru-based company has kicked off a new trend: Team meetings on the floor, sans tables, chairs and walls.

Co-founder Amit Gupta posted a picture of one such session, with a team of engineers squatting, rolling, and sitting on the office floor, seemingly deep in discussion. “Brand new format for team meetings. #InMobi Engineering Team squatting together to solve hard technical problem,” Gupta posted along with the picture. Looks like their solutions have them floored.
