Update: Salman Khan's bodyguard Shera, picked up by police for assault

Actor Salman Khan's bodyguard Shera, who faces assault charges after he according to sources broke a man's collar bone and threatened him with a gun, has been picked up by the police & is being taken to Mumbai's DN Nagar police station for questioning and is likely to be arrested.

A First Investigation Report (FIR) was lodged against actor Salman Khan's bodyguard, last night, as reported by Times Now. The reason of the FIR has not yet been officially been disclosed by the Mumbai police.

Actor Salman Khan’s bodyguard Shera has been booked for assault after a verbal argument, according to Times Now. The case has been registered under sections 323, 326 of the Indian Penal Code at DN Nagar police station in Mumbai’s Andheri suburb.

Section 323 deals with punishment for voluntarily causing hurt.

Off late, Salman Khan has been in the news for various reasons, from making illicit remarks about shooting for ' Sultan' to for speaking in favour of the Pakistani actors working in India.

According to a close source, the incident took place at a bar in Mumbai.

Will this get him ruffled in any way is still to be seen?
