Nita, Mukesh Ambani attend Kriti Bajaj, Ram Chandra's wedding reception

The sangeet may have been an intimate family affair, but the Bajaj family pulled out all stops with a grand reception for newlyweds Kriti Bajaj and her groom Ram Chandra. The reception was held in a south Mumbai luxury hotel recently, with politicians, corporate leaders and sports personalities among the nearly 2,000 guests invited. Amongst the corporate bigwigs who attended were Anil Ambani, Deepak Parekh, Uday Kotak, Chanda Kochhar, Harsh Goenka, Ajay Piramal, Shashi and Prashant Ruia, Sajjan Jindal, Adi, Jamshyd and Nadir Godrej, Ashwin Dani, Rana Kapoor and Gautam Singhania.





The dinner spread was unusual, with Chef Hemant Oberoi overseeing the special ‘temple theme’ prepared by around 100 chefs. Authentic halwai chefs were fl own in from the four dhams — the Golden Temple, Tirupati, Nathdwara and Jagannath Puri. As the guests left, they were all given a box of prasad fl own in from these temples. Other personalities who attended the wedding included Suresh Prabhu, Kailash Satyarthi, Prakash Padukone, Geet Sethi, Vishwanathan Anand and Dilip Vengsarkar.
