Niranjan Hiranandani says successful people are like Ambassadors, Fiats from 90s Mumbai
The real estate honcho said that the only way to stay ahead in the game is to adapt to change.

“People are blinded because they are not willing to change.They are stuck in their old thoughts, especially successful people. They only know the route that made them successful, nothing else.” he said, urging the realty community to embrace change.
The real estate developer took the automobile route to elaborate his point. “The same thing happened in 1991. The cars that worked in Mumbai then were Ambassadors and Fiats. But the companies refused to change the kind of models that were needed over the years, and soon enough both were eliminated, simply because they were not willing to look at the change that has taken place,” he said
