Nicole Taylor, one-third of the country music trio of identical triplets known as Taylor Red, has died at the age of 35 years, according to a statement from her family on Monday (November 2). In a video posted on social media, Nicole's two sisters, Natalie and Nika, shared the news saying: "This isn’t a video we ever thought we’d be making. Nicole Taylor's diagnosis

Nicole was the oldest of the trio, with her sisters describing her as their "fearless leader" and "the rocker chicky edgy one." The sisters shared that Nicole had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer in 2022.

Natalie recounted hearing the news of the diagnosis and "breaking down" from the shock, saying that they had always been blessed with good health. "She [Nicole] was our leader and our best friend. We are heartbroken, but we know she is in Heaven and will see her again," the sisters said in a statement posted on their website.

Nicole Helen Taylor passed away in Nashville, Tennessee, on September 28, 2026, at the age of 35. A private memorial service was attended by her family. Those wishing to honor her memory are encouraged to make a donation to Samaritan’s Purse, the family said.
