Canon EOS 1300D

Canon has launched a new entry-level DSLR -it is one of the cheapest DSLRs with built-in WiFi and NFC for pairing with smartphones. It has a 18MP CMOS Sensor, Digic 4+ image processor, ISO 12,800, 9 autofocus points and 3fps continuous shooting speed. It also has a 3-inch fixed LCD display, optical viewfinder, built-in flash, mono microphone, mono speaker and a mini HDMI output for wired connections. The camera supports full HD vido recording but does not have a dedicated microphone or headphone port. It weighs 485 grams and comes with a rechargeable battery capable of 500 photos on a full charge. It will be available in India from April 2016 onwards.



Pansonic T50

Adding another budget smartphone to their portfolio, Panasonic has launched the T50. Powered by a 1.3Ghz quad core processor with 1GB RAM, the phone comes with 8GB storage which can be expanded by an additional 32GB via microSD card and a 1,600mAh battery. It has a 4.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels and runs Panasonic's Sail UI based on Android 5.1. You get a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front facing camera for selfies. Other features include 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, FM radio and GPS. It will be available in Rose Gold, Champagne Gold and Midnight Blue colour variants.
