New couple alert! Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt take their 'love story' beyond the screen

B-town's new couple is going all out to share the love. After Ranbir Kapoor opened up about his relationship with Alia Bhatt, the actress too posted a hint of her own on her Instagram story. While Bhatt's post didn't mention Ranbir Kapoor, it was rather dedicated to his sister, Riddhima Sahni Kapoor.

The jewellery designer had sent Bhatt a present, and she returned the love with a post.

Earlier yesterday, after months of speculations, the 'Sanju' actor had reportedly opened up about their relationship in an interview, saying that it's really new right now, and he wants to give it time. However, the Kapoor scion did go on to praise the 'Raazi' actress saying that she is everything he aspires to be.

And this seems to be a mutual admiration society, as Alia took to Twitter to laud Kapoor's 'Sanju' trailer.


The two met on the sets of Ayan Mukherjee's 'Brahmastra', and were made their first public appearance together at Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's wedding reception. Earlier, Kapoor was also seen at the premier of Bhatt's film 'Raazi'.

And it seems like the bond has reached the families too, with Ranbir's mom Neetu Kapoor and sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, often commenting on Alia's Instagram posts. With Ranbir off social media, the family seems to be making up for the gap.

The Kapoors have also started making appearances on Bhatt's Instagram feed.

On the professional front too, both the stars seem to be on a high. While Alia Bhatt's 'Raazi' recently released to critcal and commercial success, the trailer of Rajkumar Hirani's 'Sanju' starring Ranbir Kapoor's as Sanjay Dutt has also got everyone talking about the actor's performance.

While they both are shooting for Mukherjee's 'Brahmastra', Kapoor also has YRF's 'Shamshera' to look forward to.
