New Anime OTT releases this week (July 6–July 12): Thunder 3, Tomb Raider King and more to watch on Netflix, Prime Video and Crunchyroll
Several new anime series and specials are now available for streaming. From Thunder 3 to Sparks of Tomorrow and Tomb Raider King to One Piece: Heroines, read on to know when and where watch these anime online. Check language versions as well.

Thunder 3 – Netflix
Thunder 3 is all set to premiere globally on Netflix on July 8, and the good news for Indian viewers is that it will also be available with Japanese audio as well as Hindi, English, Tamil and Telugu dubs.
Based on Yuki Ikeda's award-nominated manga, the sci-fi comedy follows middle-school student Pyontaro and his best friends, Tsubame and Hiroshi. Their ordinary lives take a dramatic turn when Pyontaro's younger sister is kidnapped after following a mysterious dragonfly into a parallel world. The trio sets off on an adventure filled with aliens, action and unexpected surprises.
Tomb Raider King – Crunchyroll
The anime adaptation of Tomb Raider King arrives exclusively on Crunchyroll on July 8, with weekly episodes available globally, including in India.
Adapted from the hit South Korean web novel and manhwa, the series has nothing to do with the famous Tomb Raider video games despite its title. Instead, it tells a fantasy adventure involving ancient relics, dangerous dungeons, dragons and treasure hunters. Fans of action-packed fantasy stories may want to add this one to their watchlist.
The Ghost in the Shell – Prime Video
Studio Science SARU's brand-new adaptation of The Ghost in the Shell premiered worldwide on Prime Video on July 7 and is also streaming in India. New episodes will be released every week.
The cyberpunk classic returns with fresh animation while staying faithful to the original manga. Early reactions have praised its hand-drawn visuals and storytelling, making it one of the most anticipated anime reboots of the year for both longtime fans and newcomers.
Sparks of Tomorrow – Netflix
Produced by Kyoto Animation, Sparks of Tomorrow began streaming exclusively on Netflix on July 5, including for viewers in India. New episodes are released every Sunday.
Set in an alternate version of early 20th-century Kyoto, the anime follows a grieving teenage boy and a determined young girl searching for the mysterious 20th-Century Electrical Catalog. Their journey could change the future of their city while uncovering secrets from the past.
One Piece: Heroines – Crunchyroll and Netflix
One Piece: Heroines is already streaming on Crunchyroll after premiering on July 5, including in India. It will also arrive on Netflix on July 11.
Unlike the main One Piece series, this special shifts the spotlight to the franchise's female characters. The first episode adapts Nami's chapter from the One Piece HEROINES light novel series, giving fans a chance to explore a different side of the Straw Hat universe.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle Part 1 – Crunchyroll, Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV
Although it is not releasing this week, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle Part 1 remains one of the biggest upcoming anime OTT premieres. The blockbuster film begins its global digital rollout on July 28.
The movie will stream worldwide on Crunchyroll with Japanese audio and multiple dubbed versions, including Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Netflix will stream it across select Asia-Pacific regions, but India is not included in the July 28 rollout. Indian fans are still waiting for an official OTT release date on Netflix. The film will also be available for digital purchase on Prime Video and Apple TV in supported regions.
