NBA player Kevin Durant gets a special gift from his Indian fans

Professional basketball player Kevin Durant was recently in the country to promote the sport. Apart from imparting his skills to 3,459 children, the NBA star also took a few parting gifts back with him.

Durant received a big canvas painting from one of his fans and even though it was very large, he made sure to take it back with him when he left. He said, "Sharing my love of basketball with thousands of boys and girls across India was an unbelievable experience."

But while he may have loved the experience, Durant was pulled up by social media for his comments on Delhi which he says were taken out of context. He had said,"...you see cows in the street, monkeys running around everywhere ..." Durant has since apologised and says he can't wait to come back and teach.
