Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are preparing to exchange vows on December 4 at the prestigious Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. This venue holds immense sentimental value for the Akkineni family, representing their storied heritage in the Telugu showbiz.

As excitement builds around the upcoming wedding, Naga Chaitanya addressed ongoing rumors about an OTT platform purchasing exclusive rights to their wedding footage for a staggering Rs 50 crore. In a conversation with Zoom, the ‘Ye Maaya Chesave’ star refuted these claims. He also shared that the ceremony will be grand in its adherence to rituals, inspired heavily by Sobhita’s family’s passion for traditional practices. Despite its elaborate nature, the event will be a private affair, restricted to close family and friends.

“This is false news. There’s no such deal..” he told the channel. The actor also gushed about his fiancee, saying that it had been lovely getting to know her family more intimately. “It’s been lovely getting to know Sobhita and her family over the past few months. Watching the families interact has been a joy. I’m really looking forward to the wedding day, experiencing the rituals, and seeing the families come together,” he said.

The couple kept their relationship largely out of the spotlight until they announced their engagement in August. During the same interview, Chaitanya opened up about their journey as a couple and shared details about their wedding, describing it as an “intimate event.”

This marks Chaitanya’s second marriage. He was previously married to actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu in October 2017, after being in a long-term relationship. However, the pair announced their separation in October 2021, citing personal reasons, and their divorce was finalized in 2022.

Anticipation is building among fans for the December 4 ceremony, which is expected to be a beautiful blend of love, tradition, and family values.
