Describe yourself in 140 characters.
Passionate, easy-going and fun loving. Don’t think there’s anymore to life than eating, drinking and loving with a lot of travel thrown in.

Which TV character would you be?
Ari Gold from Entourage. He’s someone on top of his game professionally and he’s a badass but with a heart.

Which TV character do you want to date?
Sloane — E’s girlfriend from Entourage. She’s the perfect combination of beauty, innocence and sex appeal and her personality only adds to her desirability.

What turns you on?
Different things at different times of day or night.

On a night out, you’d wear...
Jeans and a tee or a shirt. And if the weather demands — a jacket. I think a nice dinner jacket just about complements any occasion. If the event is informal then I love fun casual jackets.

Football or cricket?
It has to be football — absolutely love the sport and everything that comes with it. I’m a Messi fan so Argentina and also lots of Spanish league football.

What’s your favourite city in the world?
Paris. I think it has the grooviest vibe ever.

What did you do with your first salary?
I was DJing back then (when I got my first salary) and spent all of it on buying the latest music. My love for music is what got me into the restaurant business.

A movie you can watch over and over again
Alfie. It’s an easy watch and although I have many favourites this one is something I can watch again and again. I relate to Jude Law’s character in the movie. The best pick up line you’ve heard... None have been used on me yet.

What flavour would you be?
Citrus — it lasts long after you’ve had it and hits you with an unexpected zest.
