My feelings for Kareena Kapoor have waned: Ranveer Singh

Some years ago, on a television show, Ranveer Singh had gushed endlessly about getting to work with Kareena Kapoor Khan in the film ' Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela.'

He hinted he was her fan-boy. But his excitement dipped when the actress dropped out of the film citing personal reasons. Now, Ranveer holds the upper hand in the situation, considering his stock in showbiz has risen. When asked about Kareena in an interview Ranveer said, “Now I don’t feel that rush of excitement (for her). My feelings have waned. I’ve grown up. I was effusive about my admiration, but I didn’t do anything wrong. It came and bit me in the face. People really judge you.”

Since the two don’t move around in the same circles, there wasn’t ever a chance of them crossing paths. However, at a recently-held event in Lucknow, the duo got a chance to get better acquainted with each other. Ranveer’s buddy Arjun Kapoor, who has just finished shooting for a film with Bebo, played a catalyst. And the photograph of Ranveer and Kareena doing the rounds online shows a warm camaraderie. We like that.
