‘Jawan’, Shah Rukh Khan’s latest on-screen outing has become a bonafide blockbuster within the first week of its release.
Directed by Tamil director Atlee, the action thriller became the first Hindi-language film to cross Rs 35 crore in dubbed languages (Tamil and Telugu).
Recently a video of the superstar conversing in Tamil on the sets of ‘Jawan’, went viral on social media.
An SRK fan page called ‘Mahasrk1’ shared a video of the ‘Pathaan’ actor conversing in Tamil with director Atlee while shooting the song ‘Chaliya’ on Instagram. At the end of the clip, the actor and the director share a warm hug. Sharing the clip, the fan wrote, “The environment Shah Rukh Khan creates with every director is such an amazing view to see! The way he clicks different and unique things in just one shot. GOAT ACTOR for a reason!”
The clip went viral on the image and video-sharing website, gaining 1.4 million likes. Several netizens flooded the comment section, praising the star for his fluency in Tamil as well as his boundless energy.

The action extravaganza minted a staggering Rs 368 crore within the first week of release. In Hindi, the movie collected Rs 328 crore. The film has performed phenomenally in the South, earning Rs 23 crore in Tamil, and Rs 17 crore in Telugu.The film features SRK in a double role, that of a father and son.
