'Mukul Deora and Nitasha Thapar are just friends,' says Deora’s mom

After Ayesha Thapar’s high profile wedding to Google’s senior VP Nikesh Arora, rumours have been rife that Ayesha’s sister Nitasha will likely follow suit. The young lady is rumoured to be dating politician Milind Deora’s brother Mukul Deora.

However, when ETPanache got in touch with Mukul’s mother Hema, she said that there was "absolute no wedding coming up in the Deora family. Nitasha and Mukul are very good friends. Of course, one can’t say what turn the equation will take in the future, but as of now they’re just friends. Rumours that they’re dating started because their friends keep teasing them when they see them together, but there’s nothing more to it."

Mukul was not reachable despite several attempts.
