Mukesh & Nita Ambani reportedly gifted gold cradle worth Rs 1 cr to Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni's daughter

Celebrity couple Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni's newborn recently received an epic gift from the Ambanis - the richest family in India and Asia.

Hours after the news broke that the couple has named their daughter Klin Kaara Konidela in Hyderabad, reports of the exquisite gift started doing the rounds. Several local media outlets reported that billionaire power couple Mukesh and Nita Ambani have gifted a golden cradle worth Rs 1 crore to the little one.

The gold cradle appears like a small bullet, swaying smoothly and decorated with flowers.



It is not known if the Ambanis attended the naming ceremony. Details about the high-profile guest list is also not known.

Klin Kaara was named in a traditional and intimate ceremony at the new mother's maternal residence in Hyderabad. The Kaminenis and Konidelas came together for a naming ceremony, along with close family members and friends.

The naming ceremony was graced by the presence of Upasana's parents, Shobana and Anil Kamineni, as well as Ram's parents, Chiranjeevi and Surekha Konidala.

Ram-Upasana revealed that the baby's name was inspired by Lalitha Sahasranamam, a sacred mantra in the Hindu religion. According to the couple, Klin Kaara signifies a "transformative and purifying energy that brings about a spiritual awakening."

A delighted grandpa, Chiranjeevi, expressed his confidence that the "Little Princess" would imbibe remarkable qualities into her personality.

Ram Charan and Upasana welcomed their first child on June 20 at Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad, 11 years after their marriage. The couple tied the knot in 2012 after dating for a few years.

The 38-year-old new dad recently received the invitation to join the Oscars panel.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, the actor will be seen in director Shankar's upcoming action film 'Game Changer' opposite Bollywood actress Kiara Advani. 'Game Changer' will release in three languages - Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. The film also stars SJ Suryah, Jayaram, Anjali, and Srikanth.

The official release date of the film is still awaited.
