Michelin-starred chef Vikas Khanna welcomed Mukesh Ambani and his daughter, Isha Ambani, to his flagship New York restaurant, Bungalow. Isha was seen arriving at the restaurant with Khanna, accompanied by her security team, as captured in a video shared on Bungalow’s Instagram.

In a special gesture, Khanna invited the Ambanis to light diyas at the restaurant, a symbolic act to celebrate light and continuity until Diwali. He shared that they would keep the flame burning as a representation of ongoing celebrations. Additionally, the chef adorned the restaurant with Isha Ambani’s favorite roses—six different varieties—along with Ganga Jal, marking the significance of the occasion.

Vikas Khanna's team also created the original logo of Reliance with marigold flowers.



Bungalow, inspired by India’s vintage clubhouses, highlights Indian culinary traditions with a modern twist. It features a menu rich in plant-based options, which aligns with the vegetarian preferences of the Ambani family. This wasn’t the first time the Ambanis made headlines for their dietary choices. Khanna shared the memorable evening on Instagram, expressing his honor in hosting the Ambani and Piramal families. The event beautifully blended Indian traditions with modern fine dining, creating an unforgettable experience for one of India’s most influential families.
