Mukesh Ambani knows what millennials want, thanks to his 25-yr-old twins!

Everyone can do with a little help, including India's richest man. At an industry event, Reliance Group chairman Mukesh Ambani revealed who he depends on to stay connected to his young employee base, with many a millennial on his pay rolls. His twins - Akash and Isha.

He shared this information in response to a question about how he manages to keep up with the millennials in his workforce and the quick shifting technological sands beneath their feet. "Having 25-year -old twins helps," Ambani said. Through his children and their friends he keeps in sync with all that is trendy, current and relevant. That said, he doesn't subscribe to the entire slaves-to-technology attitude.

He often tells his employees that technology is for humans, not the other way around. In this day and age of screen addiction, that is sage advice, personally and professionally.
