Moroccan National Day celebrated in style
Honorary consul of Morocco, Kailash Kanoria and wife, Urmila hosted a cocktail reception to celebrate the National Day of Morocco.

Also in attendance was the youngest son of Sajjan and Sangita Jindal, Parth Jindal whose last month of summer break, post his fi rst year of Harvard Business School (HBS), has been a busy one. Parth just got back from a quick jaunt in Europe, soon after his mid-July big bang engagement to Anushree Jasani in Mumbai, just last week. And is set to fly to US for his second year at HBS, mid-August.
There was no Indian flag, alongside that of Morocco's at the reception. Neither was the Indian anthem played, as India is mourning, proffered Larbi. The ambassador offered condolences for the death of erstwhile president of India, A P J Abdul Kalam and a moment's silence was observed. Post which, guests returned to their warm beverages and nosh and conversation flowed uninterrupted.
