45 ml of Monkey Shoulder
Egg white
1teaspoon superfine sugar

Freshly ground nutmeg

Steps

Shake the Monkey Shoulder, egg, sugar, and Thandai very well with ice to emulsify the egg
Then strain into a sour or wine glass
Dust with nutmeg
