Now, Indian audiences can finally watch the film from home. After arriving on digital rental platforms in April 2026, Marty Supreme is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video in India. The film is available with a regular subscription and can be watched in multiple language versions, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Marathi apart from English.

Marty Supreme has officially become the highest-grossing film produced by A24. According to reports, the movie earned more than $190 million at the worldwide box office against a reported budget of $70 million.

The film received widespread praise from both critics and audiences after release. During awards season, it generated strong buzz and secured nine Oscar nominations, including a Best Actor nomination for Timothée Chalamet. However, despite the excitement surrounding the film, it did not win in any category.

What is Marty Supreme about?

Set in 1950s New York, Marty Supreme follows the life of Marty Mauser, an ambitious young hustler trying to build a larger-than-life identity for himself. The character is loosely inspired by real-life table tennis champion Marty Reisman.

As Marty chases fame and success, his life slowly spirals out of control. The story explores how obsession, ambition and the pressure to constantly prove oneself can affect relationships and mental stability.

The film combines sports, personal drama and social themes while showing Marty’s journey from underground hustling to high-profile tournaments. Along the way, the audience sees him navigate complicated relationships, emotional breakdowns and the burden of constantly reinventing himself.
