Marico boss Harsh Mariwala feels no single person is bigger than the organisation

The Marico boss Harsh Mariwala has been dropping truth bombs on Twitter for a while now. The businessman, who has over 912K followers on the microblogging site, often shares some pro-business tips on his official handle under the hash tag trend 'Harsh Realities', a reference to his recently released book called 'Harsh Realities: The Making of Marico'. The book, which track's the billionaire's journey, is a wordplay on his name.

On Tuesday, Mariwala took to Twitter to share yet another key advice with his followers. "No single person is bigger thanthe organisation," the Marico boss reminded while pointing out how too often promoters start believing that they themselves are the organisation due to which the organisation fails.

"There must always be perfect alignment between the promoters and the management," he added.



Earlier today, Mariwala also shared a quote by Robert Collier, an American author, on procrastination. “If you procrastinate when faced with a big difficult problem… break the problem into parts, and handle one part at a time,” Collier's quote shared by the Marico boss read.

The businessman isn't only active on Twitter but also shares deep insights on business on Instagram, which he joined recently. Just a few days ago, Mariwala shared an important lesson about how for an organisation to flourish, one must strive to take into account the needs of all the stakeholders.
