He was a performer till his last breath. Marathi industry veteran Satish Joshi passed away while performing on stage. The thespian took his audience in shock when he suddenly collapsed. His friend Rajesh Deshpande mourned him on Facebook.

Taking to Fb, Deshpande wrote, “My senior friend and actor satish Joshi died on stage. He performed before breathing his last. Om Shanti Om,” he wrote in Marathi.

A veteran in the Marathi industry, Joshi was renowned for his acting prowess. He was a regular both on the big screen as well as at the theatre circuits. His performance in the movie ‘Bhagyalaxmi’ was widely applauded by critics.
