Manu Bhaker’s social media has been abuzz with updates about how she’s spending her break. Manu Bhaker's 3-month break from shooting
After months of grueling training for Olympics, she is taking a much-needed three-month hiatus from shooting to allow her hand to heal completely. However, this period is far from a typical vacation. Manu continues to maintain her disciplined lifestyle, including waking up at 6 AM (a routine she admittedly dislikes) and engaging in yoga sessions to keep her mind and body in peak condition.
Manu’s love for horse riding is particularly evident, as she mentioned eagerly awaiting the end of the Olympics to get back into the saddle. Despite her coach Jaspal Rana’s concerns about the risks involved, especially considering her injured hand, Bhaker is determined to pursue her passion. In addition to horse riding, Manu is also planning to engage in activities like skydiving and scuba diving.
She has resumed her Bharatnatyam classes, a classical Indian dance form that she deeply admires. Despite the challenges of balancing her training in France with her dance lessons, Manu is committed to mastering the art, with her instructor from Tamil Nadu providing personalized guidance.
Another passion that Manu is nurturing is playing the violin. A video of her playing the national anthem on the violin, gifted by her brother, went viral after her Olympic triumph.
