Manoj Bajpayee stuns in 'Aligarh' trailer
As a homosexual professor at the Aligarh Muslim University, Bajpayee yearns for attention and compels you to just sit back and love him the way he is.

The film is based on the real life story of A.M.U. professor Dr Shrinivas Ramchandra Siras, who was suspended from his job after being caught in a sting operation while embracing a rickshaw-puller and was found dead under suspicious circumstances after successfully appealing his suspension. Portraying the character of the emotionally vulnerable professor who faces severe criticism, Manoj Bajpayee is back with yet another wonderful performance whereas ‘Kai Po Che’ actor Rajkummar Rao plays a journalist who unravels his real world.
From the makers of critically acclaimed films like ‘Citylights’, ‘Shahid’ and ‘NH10’, ‘Aligarh’ is a moving creation. The film was premiered at the 59th BFI London Film Festival and was widely appreciated.
Directed by Hansal Mehta, ‘Aligarh’ is set to release on February 26, 2016.
