'Manjhi - The Mountain Man trailer': Nawazuddin Siddiqui nails it

Manjhi - The Mountain Man is a film by Ketan Mehta - starring versatile actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui in and as Manjhi along with Radhika Apte, who plays Manjhi's wife.

The trailer looks promising with the way the entire story has been depicted in a few minutes and it surely leaves viewers wanting for more. But the question still remains unanswered as who is this Manjhi? As shown in the trailer, he was a man who single-handedly dug across a mountain for 22 years with only a hammer and chisel, near Gaya in Bihar, to create a road. He started breaking the mountain in 1960, all alone, without any help, seeking nothing in return. He completed carving out a path through it in 1982. Dashrath Manjhi died in 2007 but his 'Never Say Die' attitude continues to live on.

'Manjhi - The Mountain Man', is set to release on August 21, 2015.
