Mallika Sherawat hits back at reports of eviction from Paris apartment

Mallika Sherawat has denied that she has an apartment in Paris at all, in response to media reports that she is being evicted from it for unpaid dues.

In a tweet, Mallika said, "Some in the media seem to think I have an apartment in Paris. It's absolutely not true. If someone has donated one to me, please send me the address."

International media outlets reported that Mallika and her French boyfriend Cyrille Auxenfans owed about Rs. 64 lakh in rent arrears and that a Paris court will hear the matter.

Mallika, however, denies that she has a flat in Paris.

The apartment, reportedly located in the 16th Arrondissement, from which Mallika and Cyrille have supposedly been evicted is also where the couple was allegedly attacked and robbed last year.

The media reports suggested that they have not paid the rent to show their annoyance about the alleged robbery.
