Ingredients:
Jameson Irish Whiskey - 1 Bottle
Lemon - 300 ml
Lillet Rouge - 100 ml
Peychaud's Bitters - 20 dashes
Pomegranate Juice - 500 ml
Strawberry Syrup - 300 ml

To make a strawberry syrup:
- Add 250g sugar, 250ml water, 100g strawberries (fresh or frozen both work) to a saucepan and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes
- Allow to cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate

How to mix it:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl with ice and stir well
- Serve in a rocks glass

Ingredients:
Jameson Irish Whiskey - 1-part
Water - 3 parts
Honey - 0.25 parts
Lemon - 0.5 parts
Sriracha - 0.5 parts
Ginger, sliced

How to mix it:
- Add water, honey, sriracha, and sliced ginger pieces to a small saucepan
- Bring to a low simmer and stir to combine
- Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add Jameson and lemon juice and simmer for an additional 3 minutes
- Pour into mugs and add a lemon slice
- Garnish with a thin ginger slice

Ingredients:
Absolut Grapefruit - 45 ml
Grapefruit juice - 45 ml
Lime juice - 10 ml
Soda water
Grapefruit wedge for garnish

How to mix it:
- Pour all ingredients except the soda into a shaker.
- Add ice cubes
- Shake and pour into a highball (salted rim optional)
- Top up with Soda
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Sweet vermouth - 20 ml
Campari - 20 ml
Dashes of Chocolate Bitters - 2

How to mix it:
- Stir over ice and strain over fresh ice in a rock glass
- Garnish with orange zest

Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin - 50 ml
Simple syrup - 10 ml
Mint leaves - 15

How to mix it:
- Muddle all ingredients, shake it with ice cubes
- Double strain into a silver mug filled with crushed ice
- Garnish it with a mint leave

Absolut lime - 45 ml
Lime juice - 45 ml
Ginger beer
Lime wedges - 2
Ice cubes

How to mix it:
- Fill a mule mug with ice cubes
- Add Absolut Lime and lime juice
- Top up with ginger beer
- Garnish with two lime wedges
