Disha Salian, a celebrity manager and former manager to late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, passed away on June 8, 2020, after reportedly falling from the 14th floor of a residential building in Malad, Mumbai. Her tragic demise occurred just six days before Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra residence on June 14, leading to widespread speculation and demands for an independent investigation.
Allegations and Conspiracy Claims
Disha's father, Satish Salian, has been actively pursuing legal avenues to seek justice for his daughter. He previously approached the High Court, demanding the registration of an FIR against Aaditya Thackeray and other individuals. In his latest legal action, he has sought a fresh CBI probe, citing concerns over alleged political interference and suspicious circumstances surrounding Disha’s death.The FIR names a total of nine accused, including Aaditya Thackeray, Rhea Chakraborty, Dino Morea, Suraj Pancholi, Suraj Pancholi’s bodyguard, former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh, dismissed police officer Sachin Vaze, and others. According to advocate Nilesh Ojha, who represents Disha's father, the individuals listed in the FIR were involved in a conspiracy and an alleged cover-up.
Alleged Cover-Up and Drug Racket Links
The FIR reportedly refers to findings by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), alleging Aaditya Thackeray’s involvement in a drug racket. Advocate Ojha further claimed that Parambir Singh was the mastermind behind the alleged cover-up, accusing him of fabricating narratives to protect influential figures.The Bombay High Court has listed the writ petition related to Disha Salian’s case for a hearing on April 2. As of now, there has been no official response from the Mumbai Police or central investigative agencies regarding the allegations made in the FIR. Further developments are expected as the investigation progresses.
