Madhuri Dixit stays in a Rs 48-crore sea-facing 55,000 sq ft home in Mumbai: Her house has several MF Hussain paintings, a grand piano, marble table and floors

Walking into Bollywood ‘Dhak Dhak’ girl, Madhuri Dixit’s sea-facing Mumbai home will make you feel as if you have arrived at an art museum. Recently, the Hum Aapke Hain Kaun star gave director-turned-YouTube Farah Khan a tour of her beautiful sea-facing abode, which she shares with her husband Dr Shriram Nene. Located on the 53rd floor of the Indiabulls Blu Tower in Worli, Mumbai, the home is spread across 5,500 sq feet and has several artworks by the celebrated artiste MF Hussain. Beside the numerous artworks, the house also has a grand piano. As per an Indian Express report, the home is reportedly 55,000 square feet.

A Pastel Living Room

The entrance features a nameplate reading “Dixit Nene”, along with an idol of Lord Ganesha depicted standing on one foot.

The living room is designed in a soothing palette of off-white, beige and brown, with touches of green adding colour to the otherwise neutral interiors. Marble flooring and warm ceiling lights lend the space an understated sense of luxury.


The rooms of her sons Arin and Ryan are coloured in an elegant blue and sedate grey, white curtains and light wooden furniture.

A Grand Dining Room

The eating space is another feature of the house. At the core is a polished marble table showcasing striking veining in tones of ivory, beige, caramel, dark brown, and black. Teal-green fabric chairs enhance the table, providing a vibrant splash of colour to the elegant environment. A stunning chandelier dangles overhead, its illumination bouncing off the shiny marble floor.

An Elegant Kitchen

The kitchen is all black and grey with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, which gives a great view of the city.

According to a report by Zapkey.com, the house is reportedly worth a whopping Rs 48 crore.
