Madhavan's Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai 2.0 to Rangbaaz S4 to Nayanthara's Hi: Check these upcoming Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada OTT releases on Zee5

ZEE5 has announced its biggest multilingual content slate yet, unveiling a packed lineup of original series, films, returning franchises and live sports across multiple Indian languages. The streaming platform revealed its upcoming projects on July 19, announcing content in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Bangla. Along with new shows and films, the platform is also expanding into animation, children's programming and AI-powered storytelling.

According to an official release, the slate features collaborations with several leading filmmakers, storytellers and production houses from across the country, making it one of ZEE5's most ambitious content announcements to date.

Hindi originals and returning favourites on OTT

Hindi viewers can expect several new original series over the coming months. The lineup includes Kambli, inspired by the life of former Indian cricketer Vinod Kambli, The Scam: Leaked, Coffee King, and Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai 2.0, which will be hosted by actor R. Madhavan. The iconic Zee Horror Show is also making a comeback with a new season.


Popular franchises are also returning to the platform. ZEE5 has confirmed new seasons of Rangbaaz, Janaawar and Bakaiti, continuing some of its most successful original series.

The platform has also lined up several Hindi films. These include Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, starring Varun Dhawan, Pooja Hegde and Mouni Roy, Bandar featuring Bobby Deol and Sanya Malhotra, Bharat Bhagya Vidhata led by Kangana Ranaut, and Pooja Meri Jaan with Mrunal Thakur and Huma Qureshi.

Other films announced as part of the slate include Sarvgunn Sampann starring Vaani Kapoor, along with Ghamasaan, Ikroop and Dalimb.

Tamil and Telugu OTT releases

Tamil audiences will have plenty of new titles to choose from. The platform announced Koose Munisamy Veerappan, Thadayam, Ananthakaalam, Thee Kural, Demonte Colony 3, Raawadi, and Hi!, starring Nayanthara and Kavin.

The Telugu lineup features original series such as Shrimathi and Objection Mylord, alongside the return of Jayammu Nishchayammu Ra. Upcoming Telugu films include Venky Anil 5, NBK111 and Vrushakarma.

Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Bangla content on OTT

Kannada viewers can look forward to Ayyana Mane Season 2, Bitcoin Scam, Operation Bangara and Karavali.

The Malayalam slate includes A Queen, Malabar Cup, Kerala Underground and Balan the Boy, offering a mix of genres for regional audiences.

Marathi subscribers will get Hey Kay Navin? Season 2, Aga Aai, Aaho Aai, Tumbadchi Manjula and Bhootam Bhayam. Meanwhile, Bangla viewers can expect new seasons of Shwetkali and Lalbazaar, along with Aloor Dosh and Priyo Bondhu.

Apart from films and web series, the OTT platform will stream events including FIFA, Bundesliga, ILT20 Season 5 and Tamil Nadu Kabaddi.

The streaming service also announced plans to expand its animation and children's programming. In addition, it is introducing AI-powered storytelling as part of its future content strategy. With projects spanning seven Indian languages and covering genres ranging from drama, crime and horror to comedy, sports and family entertainment, ZEE5 is aiming to reach a wider audience than ever before.
